EdgeConneXは、日本のクラウドおよびAI分野における急速な需要拡大を支えるべく、関西エリアにおいて総容量350MWのデータセンターを展開すると発表いたしました。2025年1月に総容量200MWのデータセンター用地を手当ていたしましたが、このたび2つ目の用地（150MW）を確保しました。第1期の稼働開始は2027年第4四半期を予定しており、再生可能エネルギーを活用した先進的かつ持続可能な施設を提供したします。EdgeConneXは、日本におけるデータインフラの未来を共に築いてまいります。

EdgeConneX is thrilled to announce the establishment of a 350MW data center platform in Japan’s powerhouse region of Greater Osaka. With the acquisition of our second site in the Kansai region, this milestone underscores our commitment to supporting Japan’s growing demand for Cloud and AI with renewable energy-powered facilities. The second site will add 150MW of capacity, with the first phase of this data center platform set to go live in Q4 2027. Together, we’re building a digital future for data infrastructure in Japan.
